Online Purchase Returns Policy


  • We hope you will be pleased with your purchase! To be eligible for a refund all items purchased from the Partido.co.uk website has to be returned for a refund within 14 working days from receipt of goods.

  • In order to return an item to us, you will need to log into your Partido.co.uk account and view your order details to select the item you wish to return and the reason for return. Print the Returns Form and check the information is correct. Alternatively you can contact our customer services team. You will be asked for the reason for the return plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone. You will need to include this Returns Form with your parcel back to us as failure to do so may result in delay of any refund.

  • Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of contact lenses, cosmetics, panties, hosiery and wigs where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items and they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.

  • We ask that you care for our goods whilst they're in your possession, and all items returned to us should be in its original packaging. The product must always be suitable for resale, and all items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it.

  • If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.

  • Please see tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
    Costumes: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

  • You and the carrier you select are fully responsible for the condition of the returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of return postage is at your expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. We cannot refund the cost of outbound shipping and packing.

  • Choosing a non-tracked postage service could result in a delay in processing any refunds.

  • We do our best to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn't appropriate then we promise to make all refunds within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods back to our warehouse.

  • Please package items securely and include the Returns Form in package and post to the following address:

  • If we receive any returned items outside of the conditions of this policy (for example, you try to return an opened pair of stockings to us) the items will not be refunded. We will provide you with a reason why and if you would like us to post these items back to you, we will ask for £5.99 to cover the cost of a tracked postal service. Our Returns Team will be in touch with you to arrange payment of postage if you choose this option.

  • We are unable to process any refunds until we receive the original item back to us, so we suggest if you need an item quickly that you place a second order for the correct item.

  • We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected.


 

In Store Purchase Returns Policy


  • Subject to exceptions, Partido is happy to offer an exchange for any unwanted items returned within 28 days of purchase with a valid purchase receipt. The purchase can be returned to any Partido Store.

  • Unwanted goods must be returned in the condition in which it was purchases, unworn, unused, and sealed packaging where it was sold as sealed.

  • Changing rooms are available for you to try our products and ensure suitability prior to making a purchase.

  • There will be no refund offered if the item is simply no longer needed. “This does not affect your statutory rights”


 

Faulty Goods


  • A 14 day product guarantee is included with your purchase and in this time you may return faulty goods for a refund.

  • If you find an item you've received to be faulty, then you should let us know as soon as possible. We will happily issue you a refund, and you should follow the same return procedure as laid out earlier in this policy.

  • If an item is found to be faulty, it is possible to have your return postage refunded up to the value of £5.99 with a postage receipt, please contact Customer Services for more information.

  • We are unable to process a refund until the item is returned to us.
